Pricing

Pricing questions
Why does the cost depend on calls?
Most of the cost is the AI voice, which is charged per minute of conversation. Short, focused calls keep it down.
What stops a flood of spam calls running up a bill?
Each agency has a limit on new calls per hour and a maximum call length. Over the limit, callers hear your after-hours contact number instead.
Do you charge per staff member?
No. Add the people who need to see requests.
